Very unprofessional. Yesterday he told me he was coming to my house this afternoon to give me an estimate, I received a text at 3:09pm I responded at 3:31pm that I was at home. Then he text me asking “what plumbing issue do I have?” That’s the point of contacting a professional right? I told him not to worry about it, then he proceeds to text me, “ 3-09 I text u and u took more 45 minutes to Answear me I can’t wait for u I am running a business and I have appointments with other people not being rude just understand I have customers waiting “. Still at 6:12pm hasn’t picked up the phone to call and communicate. SMH Wish I never gave him my address.
