- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my fees are reasonable and you will get quality and instant results with my services. I feel my pricing will accommodate to any clients budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to first schedule a consultation call to get to know my client better and get any questions they have answered that way I can suggest the best styling service package for them. Also, I can learn their wants & needs from working with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising. Also, about 5 years of Visual Merchandising experience. This really helped me learn more about the art of styling and learning what silhouettes look best on a client.
