Amazing trainer, I trained with other people before but David makes the process a lot easier for me to understand with his knowledge of exercising. He also actually pays attention to me as well so I can keep great form!!! I couldn't ask for more in a trainer!

David is a great trainer! I had back and knee problems when I first came to him and he did a great job customizing my program so we could work around those issues! After strengthening my core and also the muscles around my knees and hips, the pain in my back and knee improved tremendously! If you're looking for a trainer who is professional and really cares about your health and well being, David is your guy!

David quirdingo is an awesome trainer. He would taylor workouts for my specific goals. He is also motivational. Being concerned for my health and ability to complete workouts was a concern for me , which was one of his concerns also. He constantly made sure that my flexibility was up to par , and that I kept up with my numerous injuries therefore allowing me quality workouts. Nutrition is one of his concerns as he offered advice in that area as well. His pricing is affordable and his schedule is flexible. If you are looking for a great trainer I highly recommend David !

Funniest workout experience ever!! I just started to train with him this week and he is amazing! He focuses on what I want to do as far as my goals while entertains me at the same time. You will leave drenched in sweat from the workout and with a smile. Great trainer!

I've been going to Maximum Fitness for several months and am very happy with my results. He pushes me to my goals and is an amazing trainer. He not only trains me but he supports my goals by sending daily meal ideas. I would recommend him for anyone's fitness goals!
