Our piano move from Orlando to Jacksonville, FL went seamlessly thanks to the professional movers of Headway. The guys new exactly what they were doing to maintain the great condition of our piano. From pickup to delivery, 4 hours. Upon arrival, it didn't even need tuned! Can't ask for better service than that. Thank you, David and crew!

The crew did a great job! They were excellent on time, careful with our baby grand and very courteous. I was concerned if the piano should be moved that day because of rain, but they packed the piano fantastically and did not get anything dirty in either house! Well done and I highly recommend them!

They were great. They gave me a quote and stood by that price. Two guys came covered the piano really good ( it was raining) with padding and Saran Wrap. The whole process from moving the piano house to house was done in less than an hour. The men were polite ,courteous and professional. I will definitely use them again and recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Furniture delivery price is usually flat rated based on how many items, what & how far we are moving it to.
Hourly rate, with a minimum and a one time travel charge. We start the clock when we start working and stop it when we are done. One time travel charge covers the workers pay, gas/tolls/drive time to and from our location to yours and back. Service /travel charge which covers our time, fuel cost, labor cost, truck cost, tolls, etc. to get both to and from your location.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting an itemized list over the phone for an estimate.
We do an on site estimate :
-all packing jobs
- over 4 bedrooms
- over 2000 square feet
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the moving business since 2001. I was an operation manager for a big company for 4 years. Managed over 35+ movers on a daily basis.
I have a degree in logistics.
