I had a great experience with the technician who installed my Starlink at my home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in his work. Never finished the job charged me full price, said he would come back never returned, the stereo still don’t work through the speakers.

Hi Mark, so sorry for the inconvenience, when I came back from vacation I got so busy with work. I don't conduct business like that. I just got super busy. Also as a reminder I didn't charge you for the home theater part because I didn't get it to work. I only charge you for the network set up part and the added lines which are bedroom TV and your pool wifi Access point. I promised to get you someone that's really good at it to no avail. But I finally found a couple of techs that can help connect your sound system. I was wrong for not reaching out sooner. All I'm asking is for you to allow me to make it right. 🙏
