Dave and his brother along with two of his employees did a great job on a messy stuccorepair. He was precise in his measurements, took pride in his work and completed the job charging what he estimated for the repair. We recommend RTL when needing someone who is professional, courteous and honorable!

David has been in business for over 25 years and knows his craft 100%+. When he received my Thumbtack request he acknowledged it on the same day and scheduled the day and time for the estimate. David’s knowledge of getting the job done instilled a level of trust which we greatly appreciated. In addition, he is very responsive and keeps you updated on your project from start to finish.
The job entailed stuccorepair, cracks that were taking on water when it rained sprinklers and ants. I’m happy to say that David and Paul took care of all the cracks and added preventive measures to prevent these same areas from cracking again. We already have additional repairs/jobs planned with David and can’t wait to get started.

Dave did a fantastic job installing our stairway gates. He was punctual, professional, and made sure everything was securely fitted and safe for the kids. Not sure where to begin. They’re great. Punctual and honest. It’s hard to find good people and we’re very happy with his work. He fixed stucco that cracked from rain. He also added a drain field to help mitigate future damage (per his recommendation). He also fixed other things in the house. Definitely will contact him for future needs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started out framing houses and wanted to do more custom jobs. Over 30 yrs experience in the construction field in Central Florida.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Couple bought a home in Tuskawilla that needed 3 1/2 baths remodeled. finished all of them in a week and a half. I spent three different days going out with the customer to pick vanities, mirrors, and granite. Doing two baths for a friend of that customer now.
