J was easy to work with and did a great job treating our house. He responded quickly to our messages, arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable about local pests. We had an absolutely horrid odor coming from the garage that we first thought was a gas leak but turns out it was a decomposing rat! J showed up same day and was able to assist us in inspecting the perimeter, and finding the source of the odor tucked away in our garage. Thank you for great service!!
Mr. J was awesome. I pointed out the problem areas and he educated me on prevention and upkeep. Since he treated the home yesterday I have not seen one insect. Prior to calling I would see random ants, spiders, and roaches. I live very close to a wooded area so it’s expected but I’m glad they are no longer in the house.
