- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They need to know that we can negotiate payments and the only fees is for credit card payments and/ or PayPal’s or another type of app that charges fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I started by training as an employee working with measurements, fabrication, and installation. I also gained knowledge about the quality os materials and completed technical courses provided by vendors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years of experiencing doing measurements, fabricating, installations, knowledge on quality of materials, technical courses with vendors.
