If you are searching for someone to clean your house, my advice would be to look for someone that is consistant. That shows up when they say they will and do the job. I think to feel a connection with the person that you hire to clean your house is always a good sign. Make contact with the person/company and have them take a look at your house before you hire them. It is sometimes difficult to give an accurate quote, site unseen. This also gives you a chance to feel them out. If hiring a cleaning company over an individual, I would try to have the same people in my house every time, although this can be difficult at times. Make sure that everyone is on the same page.
