- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
🐾 Our Process for New Clients At Zamara Pet Sitting Services, we make getting started simple and stress-free — for both you and your pets! 1. Initial Contact: ********************************************************************************************************* We’ll discuss services, scheduling, and answer any questions you have. 2. Meet & Greet (Free): We’ll set up a complimentary visit at your home to meet your pets in their own environment. This helps us learn their routines, favorite toys, and any special needs — and lets them get comfortable with us. 3. Customized Care Plan: Together, we’ll build a care schedule that fits your pets’ personalities and your lifestyle — whether it’s daily walks, weekend check-ins, or overnight stays. 4. Service Begins: Once everything’s confirmed, we start visits as scheduled. You’ll receive photo updates, visit notes, and peace of mind knowing your pets are happy and cared for. 5. Ongoing Communication: We love building lasting relationships! We’ll stay in touch to adjust services as your needs (or your pets’ moods) change. Because every tail wag, purr, or happy bark starts with trust — and we’re here to earn it.
