- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices on here are the base price for the services. The price may be higher depending on other factors. Always call, text, or email contactors about pricing. In addition, have a few pictures of the areas that need to be clean always help with giving fair estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m a big fan of providing the highest quality of customer service possible to my potential customers. My job as a business owner is to listen to what type of service or services the customer is seeking and then I provide my expertise to customer. After I give feedback to the potential customer, I allow them to make the decision to hire my company or not. Once we get the job offer and a date that’s convenient for both parties, we put that customer on our schedule. Customers are contacted at least one to two before we arrive at the job. Lastly, we will not leave the job until the customer is satisfied with our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From an education standpoint, I have a bachelors degree in business management which has help me in lots of areas for as operating a small business. For as the training goes, I’ve worked with or listened to some people that has been doing this type of work for 20 plus years. It’s no job that I haven’t done.
