Technician did a great job testing washer by diagnostic system and found a problem. Came back next day with new part. Easy fix. He was friendly and very knowledgeable, explained everything very well. Highly recommend. We will use him again if we get new issues.

Good communication, client driven vs profit driven.... Will do what is best for you. For example, to fix my Microwave would have been more profitable for him, but not the best option for me. So he suggested Is cheaper buying a Microwave and did not want to charge me for the visit (though i insisted). Also most techs wants to charge anywhere for $125 to $175 just to diagnose.... He does it for 35 bucks, can't beat that and he waves if he does the job.... I highly recommend and will be using again. Sincerely, Felipe Rene Viloria
