My appraisal request was unique and complex in many ways due to its uniqueness. Andrew was super responsive, diligent, and professional, while at the same time very easy to communicate with and work with. He came out the day after my request for an appraisal and worked hard to be fair and conscientious in his approach to the valuation, even though there were extenuating, complicated circumstances involved.
