Overall experience: 10/10 stars If you’re looking for an appraiser stop searching and reach out to them! Working with AC Klein Appraisal Associates was a swift and very professional experience. I was able to speak with the appraiser directly and he showed that he cared about my particular case down to every detail. He completed a brief consultation immediately after I reached out to inquire about his services and the turn around time for my appraisal was so fast it was shocking! I definitely will be making recommendations to friends and family for their services! He went above and beyond for me and my family!

Very pleased with the service I got from Andrew. We spoke on the phone and I explained why we needed the appraisal done. It was a date-of-death appraisal requested by my accountant. He provided valuable information on our call and his price was reasonable. He was out at the home on a Thursday and on Saturday morning, tge appraisal was in my email! He was on time for the appointment as promised. If I need another appraisal done, I will be reaching out to him.
