AC Klein Appraisal associates did an excellent job! I had clients that loved a house, I thought it was overpriced. The owner was not very negotiable and AC correctly appraised the home 100k less than my clients wanted to offer. This saved the buyers from making a mistake and paying too much! It also made the owner see reality. AC was extremely knowledgeable, professional, he got the report back to me right away and ultimately helped my clients to get the home they wanted for the right price! I highly recommend him!
