It was a pleasure working with Mr. Hidalgo @ Arquitectura International on a Kitchen renovation I was in charge of a few months ago. He is very detail oriented. I would definitely use him again on my next project.

in 2015 I had a project to build a new house in Hollywood, FL. I found the guy, Richard Hidalgo, who took the project and promised plans would be ready in 2 months. Now, it's been 5 months and nothing is really even started. I tried to get my deposit but he doesn't want to return it. Now, it is time to sue him. It is unfortunate that sometimes people do not see eye to eye. This client has been completely unreasonable and not flexible enough with the construction process. His wants, do not meet the zoning requirements and feels I am responsible for it. After months of work and over 50% development of construction plans, he requests, not just a deposit but all his money back so our team will work for nothing at all. He also does not mention that he hired an architect before hiring my company and when dissatisfied with that architect, he requested his money back as well. This looks like a vicious pattern to me. As you can see, all my clients are completely satisfied with the work we produce without any issue.
