- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a per session fee, 6 and 12 package discounts, as well as, refer a friend programs where if you refer 4 people who train with me and purchase a 12 package session, your training is free. So if you know other people that want to get in better shape and live a healthier lifestyle, you can do it at no cost!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I do because this field is a never ending learning process and unless you continually educate yourself, you will be left in the fitness stone age.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been into fitness as I was an athlete growing up. However, once I got into a long term relationship, I let myself go and fell off the wagon. After finally deciding to get back into shape, I spent years learning and training. My passion for fitness and helping others is what inspired me to get my degree in exercise science and my personal training certification.
