I had an outstanding experience with our HVAC technician, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of work and professionalism. Fuse Service completely lived up to their outstanding Thumbtack reviews. Oleg came out to my house with very little notice and even moved some things around to get here earlier because it’s so hot out and my a/c wasn’t working. As a single mom, I’m always concerned about getting ripped off and oversold due to my lack of knowledge about much of anything related to home improvement and maintenance. Oleg did NOT try to sell me a new a/c unit like another place recently attempted to do, although he could have because my unit is 10 years old. He told me it’s running fine, aside from the drain line issue which he was able to quickly resolve. The price was fair and reasonable and, of equal importance, Oleg was friendly, VERY knowledgeable, and completely confident in his assessment of the work needed (and what wasn’t needed). Going forward, I will only use this company for my a/c needs!

Their response was quick and and I was given an appointment even quicker. A service person arrived on time and was able to diagnose the situation in a short amount of time. No actual problem was observed so I was just charged with a service fee which was very reasonable. My unit is safe and running normal.
