- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and requires each call to be customized for each situation. No work is to be done or completed without any prior authorization by the homeowner. We offer transparent pricing for the scope of the work. You know what you pay once the job is done. We offer a Good, Better, or Best selection of estimates to meet your budget. Preventative Maintenance members get an additional 10% off services, repairs and accessories.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether you are a new customer or an existing customer, everyone gets treated with respect and professional service. From being on time, to putting on shoe covers to enter your home, to discussing and educating any and all findings of your system, to a final clean up and double check, we are respectful, professional, and our service is top notch.
