- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer one on one counseling and self-guided programs to assist both student and parents with this ever confusing and arduous process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to begin with an interview to insure that the right plan of action is developed. From there the student will utilized our proprietary tools to make sure they know how to start this process of proper selection, creating and preparing the necessary information that colleges will be reviewing when they decide on the student's eligibility for admission, face to face scheduled meetings, phone calls, email correspondence, on-going reminders, deadlines as well as a clear and concise track to run so they remain on task.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are involved in on-going training on a quarterly and annual basis to supplement our education and 20+ years of experience.
