- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my jobs involve removing viruses and other harmful files from people's computers, which tend to slow down the overall operation of their computer. Fortunately with today's technology & resouces, most of the assistance that people need can be performed remotely, which helps keep costs down while increasing availability to perform the work.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Try to provide a technician as much information as possible about the problem(s) you are experiencing, which can sometimes save significant time in offering resolve and help pinpoint an area of the operating system that should be looked at first. I quote 10 - 20 minutes while performing some optimizations because I am not dealing with any troubled or corrupt system files, and I know that after doing this on over 140 computers, these are realistic timeframes that certain processes take.
