What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start by sharing your ZIP code, device model and what is going wrong. We confirm whether an on-site visit is suitable, discuss availability and agree on any visit or diagnostic charge.
A technician comes to your home or office, assesses the issue and explains the proposed work and price. After you approve the work, we carry it out, test the result with you and explain any recommended next steps. Company-owned equipment requires authorization from the responsible business contact.
