FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects premium, in-home service focused on reliability, discretion, and same-day solutions when possible. Most jobs are billed either at a flat rate or hourly, depending on the scope and complexity. I always explain pricing upfront before starting any work, so there are no surprises. There are no hidden fees. Travel within Palm Beach County is typically included. Parts, if needed, are discussed and approved separately. I focus on quality and long-term solutions rather than quick temporary fixes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple and structured: First, I review your request and ask a few clarifying questions to understand the issue. Then we schedule an appointment that works for you, often same day or next day. During the visit, I diagnose the problem, explain the solution in plain language, and confirm pricing before proceeding. After the work is completed, I test everything thoroughly and make sure you are comfortable with the results. My goal is to resolve the issue efficiently and leave your system stable and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a strong technical background and many years of hands-on experience working with Windows PCs, Mac computers, home networks, and office setups. My expertise comes from real-world problem solving, system diagnostics, hardware troubleshooting, performance optimization, and secure data handling. I continuously stay up to date with modern hardware, operating systems, and best practices to ensure reliable and current solutions for my clients.
