Mikhail is great at what he does and provides a concierge service. I had a great experience. He fixed the failing drives in both my MacBook and iMac and the battery in the laptop. He is very knowledgeable and went beyond. He didn't just do the minmum he provided me with a solution to my issues.

There are no hidden fees. Travel within Palm Beach County is typically included. Parts, if needed, are discussed and approved separately.
