Pro was knowledgeable. He knew immediately that it was a motor and replaced it with one in his truck. But when that stopped working, he came back, looked at it again, and said he'd be back in the few days that it would take to get the part. I received a text the night before he came back, telling me that he'd be back the next day. The only thing negative was that they said he'd be here at 3:00 and he actually came at noon (but he texted around 11:45 that he'd be coming at noon). That time it worked, and he said it would take about 24 for everything to be back to normal. In 24 hours it was back to normal.

Absolute professional at the top of his game! Super fast response, same day service, diagnosed and fixed the problem of our refrigerator not cooling properly. Requested a service call late Sunday night, had a response by 7 Monday morning and we were back up and running a few hours later... Extremely compensative rates, excellent value for service.
