Juan came quickly, did a free inspection, and offered solutions about what to do next. I appreciated the fact that he did not push his services on us, and told us ways we could solve this ourselves. In the end, we did decide to have him do the job. I know I will call him again if anything comes up (but let's hope it doesn't).
