Introduction: My work stands out in the fact that I am still competing. Many coaches coach from afar, from the side, merely feeding balls, living from glories 20-30 years ago. I am always on the cutting edge of new training regiments, constantly evolving and staying in the tennis loop. I am not living from expertise from decades ago. Many times I have played a match in the morning and coached in the afternoon. I am myself still learning the game and always will for my entire life. One can never know enough, and in that vein, I have read and continue to read more and more books of the past present and future of tennis and incorporate new information into my own training and coaching daily.
What I like most about my job is seeing the improvement in the people who I coach. There is nothing better than seeing something you worked with for hours and hours being used effectively in match and tournament play.
