- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 35 years of on-the-job training, from actually performing the work to directing and managing to owning the company, we are very familiar with every aspect of a residential or commercial construction project. Having passed all required testing, I have received four State of Florida Construction Industry Licenses. General Contractor, Home Inspector, Mold Assessor, Mold Remediator. In addition, we take numerous classes each year to expand our knowledge and proficiency with new products and procedures. In addition, I am a well-respected Expert Witness, hired by attorneys throughout South Florida in construction-related claims to testify on behalf of clients whose contractors failed to follow proper procedures or whose work was not performed correctly or completely.
