- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimate. Our pricing include Labor only. At client request we can provide a take off list of materials that are needed to for the project. We disclose all our pricing and additional cost at the start of the project. No hidden cost. Inform before perform. Any change in budget have to be written approved by the client first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up time and date that is convenient to the customer . We call before we meet the customer to be sure that the owner is expecting us. We listen and develop a plan with the client. Take necessary measurement and photos of the area. We try to recommend the most efficient and economical way to do things.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner Emmanual Okwor is licensed and insured General Contractor in Florida State. The Operation Manager Michael Salman is State licensed property manager, University of Florida Graduate , Business Admin.
