Benedicto did a great job with his nephew. Very professional and honest gentleman both. Cleaned the tiles and refresh the grout in between for the living room / kitchen floors. They also cleaned and renew the grout in both full bathrooms which was a nicely done detail job. Highly recommended, no need to shop around and waste your time, you can comfortably work with MP.

We had a very bad grout problem. The tiles are not so bad, but they were not put down correctly, so they were loose and the grout was chipping out. When you walked on them you literally heard a hollow sound. Little pieces of grout were always coming out. The job was not only to re-grout the top, but also stabilize the tiles from underneath. The result is remarkable. The floor looks almost new. The grout is clean and the tiles are secure. It looks like an “almost” new floor. We are very happy with the job by this company.

WE CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH THANK YOU FOR THE PREVIEWS REVIEWS FOR THESE TWO GENTLEMEN AS WE PICKED THEM TO DO A HUGE JOB AT OUR HOUSE BASED ON YOUR WORDS AND NOW WE WILL ADD OURS. TWO OF THE FINEST YOUNG MEN YOU WILL MEET, CLEAN ORDERLY RESPONSIBLE HARD WORKERS. YES WE DID MOVE ALL THE BREAKABLES NICK NACKS CRYSTALS THE NIGHT BEFORE THEIR 8 A M ARRIVAL, THEY MOVED THE FURNITURE AND BEGAN WORKING ON OUR TERRIBLY SOILED TILE AS LEFT FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNERS. THEY USED SEVERAL MACHINERY TO ACHIEVE A DEEP CLEAN INCLUDING DRY HEATERS AND EACH ON THEIR KNEES CLEANED AND REPAINTED THE GROUTING OF EACH TILE AND SEALED ALL. THEY ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM DURING THEIR CLEANING THAT NEEDED AN ADDITIONAL CLEANER WHICH THEY WENT TO GET AND LET US KNOW PROMPTLY SO IT WAS NOT A LAST MINUTE SURPRISE. BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I AGREED IMMEDIATELY AND WE THANKED THEM FOR ADVISING US. THEY WERE RIGHT. IN ALL AS THEY LEFT ALL THE FURNITURE THEY PUT BACK IN PLACE, THE FLOORS LOOK LIKE NEW THE HOUSE CLEAN THEY EVEN CLEANED THE BASE BOARDS. WHAT MORE CAN BE SAID? WE ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY OUR HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL AND NOW VERY CLEAN AND THESE TWO FELLOWS ARE FRIENDLY KIND AND HARD WORKERS. Benedicto did a great job re-grouting my master shower. He was responsive and was able to get the job done quickly. Also very punctual and responsive to my messages. Made the whole process easy and the shower looks great. I would definitely recommend!
