- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service focused on cleaning and organization. Electrical and plumbing services are extra and charged separately. Materials are not included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way to communicate is by text. Everything is saved. My English isn't very good over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in civil engineering from Brazil, specializing in electrical engineering, and I am responsible for various types of construction projects.
