- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a two year installation warranty. We provide accurate and detailed pricing for every project and offer free consultations. Our pricing is very competitive and we do offer Senior and Military/Public Service discounts and have a low price guarantee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule and confirm every appointment, and meet with you at your property. Provide an accurate and free measure, present material samples for your selection, and prepare and present our estimate before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30+ years of construction experience, certified carpet and flooring installation, factory trained installers. Insurance property loss projects that involve insurance claims.
