- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the time I will offer a free in home consultation. I do this for two reasons. The first is to determine the scope of the project, the needs, budget and expectations. the second reason is to meet with the perspective client to see if we are a good "fit" as working partners. Once we complete the preliminary meeting we can determine if we will move the process forward and how best to proceed.
