- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the project, not by the hour. Our staff works in a very detailed and complete fashion, so frequently they might put in extra time not accounted for initially. But, this is at no extra charge to you and allows them to do a superlative job. Frequently we run specials on various platforms, as well as holiday specials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The perfect transaction: I am called by a client with interest, we agree to a 10 minute walkthrough. This allows me to see what equipment and supplies we will need. We will also ask and answer questions, take notes for my staff and can give you a logical, precise price you'll understand. On the day of your service, you'll get a message the team is en route. After they arrive and introduce themselves, they'll ask you to do a walk-around to point out areas of either importance or tabu! Quietly they'll work until completion. You'll be asked to do another walkabout to make sure everything was done to your satisfaction and nothing was forgotten. And then they say goodnight until next time. Payment arrangements have already been discussed and taken care of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my previous line of work, I took a variety of courses on sterile technique, blood borne pathogens, etc. As a result we take a practical, effective approach when disinfecting your home.
