they did a really great job doing the apartment clean out service. After a lot of heavy lifting and moving, the last thing I wanted to do was clean and when I reached out to them on Thumbtack they were extremely responsive, had a competitive price, and did excellent work. For a one bed one bath it took them about 2 1/2 hours and everything was cleaned to precision. I will definitely be contacting them again for future service!

some things misssing when they left. small items. I could nit tell the owner as I did not see worker steal it so I made up a story about her not speaking English. I would not want thar worker back here.

I truly did not understand the content of your review. “Small things disappeared”? What do you mean by that? I haven’t cleaned your house for quite some time.
I want to make it clear that I will be taking the appropriate measures with my attorney, as this is a very serious accusation.
Not wanting people to work in your home because they do not speak English is something I can understand, but implying that items went missing is unacceptable — especially considering that, during the entire period I worked for you, you yourself gave many items to the girls.
Your accusation is extremely serious and harms not only my company’s profile but also the reputation of all my staff.
Regarding the used toilet paper rolls you mentioned, they were most likely discarded because they appeared to be trash. But to claim that “small things disappeared” is something I will not accept.
I would also like to remind you that I stopped providing services to you precisely because my helpers do not speak English, as you mentioned at the time.
