- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off the services you select. I keep my pricing as friendly as possible as my goal is to have a long term relationship with my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to personalize each quote, every client has a different need. For that reason I like to communicate with my customer and find out what they are looking to achieve in their home and we figure a package that fits all of there needs.
