Gene was wonderful to work with. Extremely polite, professional, punctual and kind. His work was amazing and he is a perfectionist. He moved a huge built in wall unit to another room and everything went flawlessly. He even suggested “upgrading” on LED lights. We have hired Gene for all our kitchen cabinets refacing. Also we needed base cabinets to be converted to pull-out drawers. Gene has invested his time to ensure we made the right design decisions. Gene completely replaced our kitchen cabinets, set up a new door for one of our bedrooms, laid out new flooring, and made our house look overall spectacular. He took on the entire process of removing our old cabinets and building the new ones and put a lot of effort into helping us remodel. We are extremely satisfied with the work he did for us.

Gene and his company was on time, knowledgeable, polite and did an expert job on all of the facets of the job. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of work experience with design & installation of any custom cabinets (closets, built-ins, computer & entertainment centers).
Also, I am very experienced in electrical & plumbing work (new installation and repairs), drywall, tile work, drop ceilings, laminate flooring, general carpentry & handyman job as well.
As a subcontractor, I used to work for such reputable companies as: Home Depot, Sears Home Improvement, Handyman Matter, and Handyman Connection.
I have been an owner of a home improvement business for over 10 years.
During that time, I completed numerous projects like finish basements, homes and apartments remodeling, additions, and others, and I am always able to meet my customers’ requirements to their satisfaction.
I have a MS degree from Moscow Technical University.
What types of customers have you worked with?
In addition to all above listed types of jobs I actually do all handyman jobs as well. Often clients ask about an estimate for a number of different small tasks. For such cases I try to offer my clients hourly rates since it's usually unpredictable to estimate price. I charge from $25 to $45 p/h depending of the job type and working hours/days ( which is much less expensive than the charges of the most handymen franchisors, like for example, Mr. Handyman, Handyman Matters and so on. I guarantee my clients the most optimal approaches, the best quality of any projects' performance, creativity and professionalism.
