I recently had the pleasure of working with Socrates for a kitchen cabinet transformation, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. From start to finish, Socrates showcased true professionalism and craftsmanship that exceeded all my expectations.
Not only did Socrates deliver on the quality of his work, but he also demonstrated a strong sense of cleanliness and organization throughout the project. He completed the job promptly and I appreciated how he communicated openly and transparently about the timeline.
One of my cabinets above the refrigerator needed replacement, and Socrates went the extra mile to help me find a solution. He put me in contact with someone who was able to order a new cabinet for me. Once it was installed (which was after Socrates had finished painting because the cabinet was not available right away), Socrates came back to ensure the paint of the new cabinet doors matched the rest of the kitchen. Additionally, he installed new door handles I had bought, which added just the right touch to the overall design.

From the first message, he was informative, and the price was great . I was informed of everything that was gonna take place. I was informed that it was g9nna take two days and the kitchen was gonna be out of use except the microwave. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pratice a great price in the marketing, we prefer have the costumer with us then apply big prices and lose them. You can trust, we will make a good price, request our quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do the quote, if its a deal we process an invoice, the ask 50% deposit when the job starts, and 50% when the job is done. After that we provide a receipt.
