Sam was professional at all times and so were his employees. Sam did a great job of making sure everything would be in place to make sure moving day would go smoothly. The movers took good care of how they handled my items. The only thing I didn't like was feeling pressured to tip the workers by the workers. But I would recommend ICON and hire them again. Given I had to pay a 3 hour minimum (which seems to be a pretty standard rate for the area) and the job took only an hour I felt these movers got paid enough. Their answer to me was the money went to the company not them. Which would infer these guys work for tips. I don't think so. But compared to several other companies I spoke to in the area ICON was head and shoulders in service.

Moving is usually a miserable experience. Sam and Icon Moving made this a Great experience. 1st his pricing and communication was excellent, he would respond with every question I had before the move. The actual move was Great. Both Sam, the owner and his entire staff were totally professional. All of our furniture was plastic wrapped, furniture that needed assembly was reassemble perfectly. The actual move was great also. He and his staff were actually earlier then expected, they worked thru a stormy day, and we had everything go perfect. i just met Icon Moving, but I must give him a 10 of 10 reference.
I am a CPA and would highly recommend him for your move. Thanks again Sam and crew, you might this move a pleasure.
