Emergency Restoration Sciences is a property damage restoration company based in Boca Raton Florida. We help our customers restore their properties to clean, sanitized states that are safe to be in after water, fire, mold, or trauma (e.g., unattended deaths) damage.
The company was founded by Ben Rhee, who wanted to provide his local community with an ethical, scientific, and data-driven approach to remediating their properties safely and practically after disaster strikes.
We are fully licensed (Mold Assessor License #: MRSA5546, Mold Remediator License #: MRSR5550, Biohazard Transporter DOH Registration #: 8070), bonded, and insured. We would be happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and the information of our insurance agents if requested.
We are also an IICRC certified firm. The IICRC is the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, a non-profit organization for the Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Industries. IICRC Certified Firms perform at the highest level of technical expertise when completing complex jobs giving you peace of mind the scope of work is completed right the first time. Firms can work in both residential and commercial environments, depending on their specific business qualifications. Certified firms can be verified on their website or by calling them.

You never want to need mold remediation, but if you do, Ben is the guy to call. He was thoughtful, really easy to work with, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly so we always knew what was going on. I honestly don't know how he replies to messages so fast.While he was doing the remediation, he was super proactive about pointing out a few other things that needed work. He even hooked us up with some great recommendations for a contractor, and an AC tech.Overall, he's just a great guy who treated us really well and made the whole process very accommodating. Highly recommend him.

Ben and his company Emergency Restoration Sciences were retained by me after a direr invasion of mold and failing of appliances caused my condo in Lighthouse Point, Fl to be uninhabitableI! I live in Virginia and my daughter and grand daughter live in the condo. I quickly needed a competent contractor that I could trust to make the condo livable agin. Thank God for Ben! Without hesitation he took on this challenge and became my eyes, ears and brain! He did a total condo rehab and mold remediation and did it right!Im forever grateful to Ben and his company of skilled craftsmen!
