Emergency Restoration Sciences is a property damage restoration company based in Boca Raton Florida. We help our customers restore their properties to clean, sanitized states that are safe to be in after water, fire, mold, or trauma (e.g., unattended deaths) damage.
The company was founded by Ben Rhee, who wanted to provide his local community with an ethical, scientific, and data-driven approach to remediating their properties safely and practically after disaster strikes.
We are fully licensed (Mold Assessor License #: MRSA5546, Mold Remediator License #: MRSR5550, Biohazard Transporter DOH Registration #: 8070), bonded, and insured. We would be happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and the information of our insurance agents if requested.
We are also an IICRC certified firm. The IICRC is the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, a non-profit organization for the Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Industries. IICRC Certified Firms perform at the highest level of technical expertise when completing complex jobs giving you peace of mind the scope of work is completed right the first time. Firms can work in both residential and commercial environments, depending on their specific business qualifications. Certified firms can be verified on their website or by calling them.

We made contact with this company to help with our problem of a mold/mildew/moisture which was unknown at that time. There was a possibility of a leak and we were lost for who to call to help resolve these unanswered questions. We received the help we needed in making the call to this company!Our service call was so much more than expected. We would describe it as amazing! There was a considerable amount of time detailing the issues at hand. We explained everything that had happened and that was received as valuable information to assess the situation.The degree of knowledge and detail in the inspection gave us a sense of relief. We were given options and suggestions that were very professional. We felt we were given the pros and cons of a safe resolution. In no way, did we ever feel pressured or pushed. We were given a direction and educated to make a final decisions to put our problem to rest!
