I have know Ms. Keckler for several years now. I have always been athletic and driven. When we met I had given up the sport I loved (tennis), divorced and my house was in the middle of being foreclosed. What I did not realize was that almost everything you try to create in life or put together comes from within...Therefore what you put in your body is directly related to your output. She taught me how to look for all the bad things approved by the FDA. To understand the cause and effect of nutrition and a balanced approach to life. This knowledge and skill is something that has been a part of Kortni most of her life and she has the innate ability to communicate this to others extremely well. At almost 60 years old, I look 45, I feel, and (sometimes) act a lot younger and most of all I am back on the court out playing people less than half my age. Physically & Mentally everything just works better than ever. Kortni Keckler is simply the best and as for me you don't need the rest. She can do the same for you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of my work is done virtually on a one-on-one basis. Clients virtually meet (video chat) with me to assist with proper meal planning and to learn the fundamentals of nutrition. The goal is to provide clients with the tools to make long term changes that they will be able to sustain long after working with me. I focus on each client's needs on an individual basis, helping to problem solve difficult situations and events.
