- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary for legal matters but Wills are generally $150. I can include the other estate planning documents such as POA and living will for an additional $50.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can meet at a local starbucks or office for the intake. I will ask you pertinent questions for your forms and will need half of the fee upfront. I will draft the forms, email draft, and then we can meet at my office to get the forms witnessed and notarized and complete the transaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed coursework at FAU, received my paralegal degree from FIU, am certified as a paralegal through the National Association of Legal Assistants, but I know the most about what I do and how I do it from the over 8 years of experience I have.
