- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based upon an hour long session. There are discounts when purchasing multiple sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with an in depth conversation about fitness goals, past exercise experience, possible injuries or medical conditions. I like to get a baseline of where a client is at with regard to fitness and talk about what goals they have and what they hope to achieve through training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a certified personal trainer for 15 years. In addition I am also a licensed physical therapist assistant and certified lymphedema therapist.
