- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer different packages and I also offer payment plans. I accept cash, check, credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Cash. All my prices are listed on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If I find that I can full fill the client’s request, I email them a quote. Once we agree on Price and location, I email instructions for booking. I usually suggest locations, times, and even wardrobe. I guide the client all the step of the way, until I deliver the final images.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done posing, lighting, camera, editing and many more classes, both in person and online, in the past five years. I also try to search for guidance from the top family and birth photographers in the industry.
