- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial process of working with a new client begins with the introduction of our company and our staff so that they become familiar and comfortable with who they will be working with secondly we will walk the property to assess and evaluate the type of solutions and organization that we will be able to provide for our client we evaluate things such as possible liability issues upcoming possible maintenance needs and desirability of potential new client tell as well as possible hire ROI for The property owner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our education industry is very extensive, I was first licensed by the state of Florida as a real estate associate from DBPR two years later studied as real estate broker, following that extensive training in the property management industry Holding a recent residential property management certification, a commercial property management certification, I am GRI accredited, as well as a cam (Community association management) license recognized by DBPR in the state of Florida as well as ongoing continued education in the property management and real estate industry studies, and combination 20+ years experience in the real estate related industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into this line of work when I realized I could make a difference. I witnessed work that was being performed and I knew we could do better than others were doing. we organized the company that was based on True professionalism, ethics and dedication to helping others and making a difference in the real estate industry. We understood that there was a need for this service and could be a tremendous asset for property owners.
