I have been a landlord for 30+years. Tho I have always been a hands on landlord, renting a property out of state posed constant problems. Out of desperation, I approached Stephanie about 5 years ago concerning managing the property. She has been amazing. Her diplomacy and management skills are without comparison. I still prefer to deal with repairs and contractors, however, Stephanie is always ready to step in and resolve any issues.....much easier than a 1000mile plane trip for me. Rent has never been late in 5 years.
I can’t recommend Superior Luxury enough. Stephanie will be managing my property and when I choose to sell, I will confidently go with her.
