- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on where, when, how many students per class and how often!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new student, I always like to get a feel for where they are at and what their goal is depending on if they have a timeframe or not. For example a college match, a USTA tournament, or a day of family fun. Usually I start with one lesson to see where they are at by feeding them balls so I can see where they stand, hold the grip, etc. If the student is a complete beginner, I teach them how to hold the racket, proper body positioning and foot position throughout the swing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started playing tennis in West Hampton Beach, NY. I played on the high school team while in middle school and taught during the summers at that time. I have had professional training from pros in the Hamptons to Chris Everett herself at her academy in FL. My junior year of high school I was recruited by Regis College in Boston,MA to play tennis for them and once I finished I moved back to FL. Since I have been here I have taught at Broken Sound Country Club, The Delray Tennis Center, and now gaining leads on my own!
