- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing displayed here is a general estimate. Many projects require a personalized quote, which we can provide after discussing the full scope of the project. Additional costs, such as permits for shooting in state or local parks, may apply to cover these expenses. Processing fees for certain payment methods might also be charged, but fee-free options will always be available. Travel time and distance may also impact the pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ensuring the customer's comfort in working with me is my top priority. I am happy to provide information about my qualifications and links to previous work upon request. After receiving a comprehensive overview of the project, I will prepare a detailed quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed various professional photo and video courses and hold a Part 107 license. This certification is mandated by the FAA for legally offering drone video and photography services.
