- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to meet with our clients and get a clear understanding of the requirements before offering pricing. We do price per head and truly strive to competitively earn your business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak with our customers either via phone or in person. This makes it easier to be sure we understand all details and concerns. After this we build an estimate which is then emailed to the customer for approval. Once the hard part is finished and agreement is reached we get to do what we do best, cook and deliver quality food.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have no formal training, but have been in the industry for most of my life. I have been an entrepreneur in food service for 6 years. We are well versed and certified in regards to safe food handling.
