I reached out to the team at promote for an onsite estimate. They were able to visit within 24hrs of my initial call, and I had a quote by end of day for the service required. They showed up promptly at the agreed upon time and worked efficiently. They left the space safe, clean, and mold free! I hope we never have this issue again, but if so I know who to call! Promore Restoration Services would be the only company I would trust with making sure my home is rid of mold.
I’ve worked with a couple of contractors over the years at different stages of my life when I could afford smaller renovation and Promore by far is the most professional and reliable. Patrick communicated with great detail what they were going to do and they actually executed every word. We met 3 times and they were always punctual, in fact arrived before I did (talk about 24 hours service, it’s like these guys don’t sleep).
I hadn’t lived in my apartment for a while because I was saving up for a proper renovation this time. The first contractor I showed my bathroom to, I was horrified to find what looked like sewage & mold throughout the floor of my bathroom. I immediately called my insurance company, when my condo said their insurance company would not cover what is clearly a building issue. In researching mold remediation companies, Promore was by far the best reviewed. Since my insurance company opened up the claim I figured they would cover this damage caused by water leaks from upstairs, but as soon as they saw the photos of the mold they rejected my claim. I was devastated because I had saved so long just to do the renovation. I didn’t have any more savings to fix water & mold damage. I was sure I’d have to delay the renovations again just to fix the mold problem. But to my surprise Promore really worked with me to make it happen. They were also patient waiting for my building’s approval. As soon as I got the approvals Patrick got his team in the next day. He estimated a 3 day job but finished within 2 days ! You can tell they didn’t cut corners. They removed everything effected by the water damage & mold and sealed everything up with mold resistant protection. They air scrubbed and cleaned all surfaces. It was truly thorough.
It’s a rare thing to be able to put your trust in a company these days but if this ever happens to me again or my friends, Patrick & his team would be the only ones I would recommend, if you want that piece of mind. Thank you Promore !

We had mold in our boiler room. Promore came quickly, diagnosed the problem, and gave us a fair estimate for remediation. They were available to do the work right away, and finished in less than a day. Plus they did a fantastic job patching up drywall and cleaning up, leaving our basement better than when they got here. Highly recommend calling them anytime you have water damage or mold issues.
