- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In-store pricing are flat rates. Onsite repairs are charged on hourly basis. Monthly contracts are priced after free survey performed by our senior technicians.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers can visit us at our retail location 5501 N. Federal Hwy Boca Raton Fl 33487. We will access problems with your computer devices and offer the most efficient and cost effective solution. New Clients also can reach us by calling and ordering an onsite service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians poses extensive experience in all aspect of computer repairs and computer services. Ranging from simple virus removals to a network administration and not limited by the scale of work needed to be executed and performed.
