Juana, the cleaner hired, did not show up for three appointments in a row! She is misleading and from her reviews on Yelp is also a thief! Countless excuses as well as non responsive to my texts today. This was my first experience with Thumbtack and will probably be my last! She should be barred from advertising on your service! I am happy to provide her text messages if necessary!
